CCPA Privacy Notice
Who this applies to
This notice is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We extend the same treatment to residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and every other state with a comprehensive privacy law, because the practical answer is the same everywhere: we do not hold your personal information.
Categories of personal information collected
In the preceding twelve months we have collected:

The only item in that table is standard web-server request logging — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and referrer — collected by our hosting provider as an ordinary part of serving a website, used for security and reliability, retained briefly, and never used to build a profile.
Calculator inputs are not collected
Everything you type into a calculator is processed by JavaScript on your own device. It is never transmitted to us. We could not produce it if asked, because we never receive it.
Sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information and we never have. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not operate a lead marketplace and we do not pass visitor information to contractors.
We have not sold or shared the personal information of minors under 16 at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
- Access the specific pieces we hold about you
- Delete personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable, as we do neither
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — not applicable, as we collect none
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
In practice, because we do not hold personal information about you, a request will usually be answered by confirming that there is nothing to disclose or delete.
Exercising your rights
Email privacy@newsepticsystemcost.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We respond within 45 days, and we will explain what we can verify given that we hold no account information.
An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.
Do Not Track
We do not track users across sites, so there is no tracking for a Do Not Track signal to disable. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as a matter of course.
